We’ve taken a close look at the American and Canadian previews for Season 9, Episode 16: “This Is Why We Fight” and there’s some exciting stuff going on. Here’s what we gathered from our frame-by-frame analysis.

Belly up. According to Alex (Justin Chambers), rumor has it that Seattle Grace-Mercy West could go belly up within a month without a buyer. It looks like he wants to know the lawsuit doctors’ plan. Will they keep their secret?
 
Pegasus’s new offer. Then Dr. Cahill (Constance Zimmer) says that Pegasus is considering “buying [the] hospital for parts [and] laying off its staff.” It sounds like she’s keeping it a secret from Owen (Kevin McKidd).
 
A secret overheard. Based on :14 it looks like Heather (Tina Majorino) overheards that bit of bad news, and tells Bailey (Chandra Wilson), who advises her to keep her mouth shut.

“Don’t say anything.” Of course, we see Heather telling Jo (Camilla Luddington), “don’t say anything,” and Richard (James Pickens Jr.), Alex (Justin Chambers), and Jackson (Jesse Williams) realize she has a secret. We’re guessing the bad news won’t stay under wraps for long.
